Pigeons not laying eggs!
ok, I have a pair of serbian highflying pigeons that are guarranteed to be male and female. i know 100 percent that they are male and female because the male is a lot bigger than the female and they have been mating everyday for two months. they are about 6 months old and hav already made a nest and started mating about two months ago. I am waiting for egg but still no eggs. Why havent they layed any yet is there something wrong? is six months too young to lay any eggs? PLEASE HELP!!!! My husband and I recently discovered how cool Pigeons really are.

we like all the breeds on this list, except the Pouters. are any of them easier to breed than regular pigeons? The English one says its harder, but the others dont say.. the Jacobin I think is my favorite or the fuzzy back one.. not sure if we could find them for sale but in the spring there is a huge auction, we just want to make sure we get a breed that isnt going to be too difficult for beginners
thanks

Hello. I am going to buy some ring necked doves, some racing pigeons. Can racing pigeons breed with a normal pigeon off of the street? And can a ring necked dove breed with a white dove? Can they produce offspring?

I`m so confused. Thanks.

Is Roller, Tumbler and Homing pigeons the only ones that could be trained to let out and fly and come back or any pigeon can be trained,(For EX. Helmets, King, Damascene). And if not, what breeds can be trained?

breeding, training, hatchery,

I saw a Discovery Channel program years ago on a show/convention that I believe is held in England and has been held there for many years. People come to show all of these weird and beautiful pigeons that they have bred. What is the name of it and where can I get more info on this? Thanks.
